How much time do you waste fixing computer problems?

Properly supporting a group of users is a time consuming and demanding job. Within smaller companies the support task is often handled by a member of staff with other responsibilities which can be compromised when system problems arise. AVI Systems specialise in supporting smaller sized businesses with Problem Management and Resolution through our Help Desk facility and team of qualified IT engineers.

Our professional HELP DESK facility includes unlimited telephone calls.

If you have a problem with your computers simply call our Help Desk anytime Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. If possible, we will fix the problem over the ‘phone or arrange for one of our qualified engineers to make a site visit.

So what’s covered?

Our support covers all Microsoft systems from Windows 95 to NT, XP and 2003 Server for a 5 User system.

We provide free remote dial-in software to enable our remote support service.
